After practice, we get used to evaluating the progress of the game, fixing it until the graphics have improved.

So what do we need to pay attention to?

1. Speed of footwork (foot speed)

How fast our feet move in the court area (court control)

If this is usually already formed naturally, but it can still be improved by means of regular practice with certain movements, for example with shadow or multiball exercises or lots of balls.

2. Hand speed

How fast is our hand movement when moving towards hitting the ball. The speed of this hand movement can also be increased with various routine exercises. Honing reflexes is the best thing to do. You can also practice shadows using weights/ iron bats so that later the hands feel light when actually playing, thus the hands become more agile in movement.

3. Leg strength

How strong are our legs to support our movements.

This one is very dominant in supporting the game, because with strong legs it will greatly affect the accuracy of the shot. Good horses will support the whole game. Do additional exercise besides playing, can be by running or other types of aerobics.

4. Power

How big is the explosion of our moves and punches.

Explosive punches must be practiced continuously. Shadow exercises with iron bats can also be tried to increase our hand power.

5. Abdominal strength (stomach strength)

How strong / flexible is our stomach (waist).

We need stretching to be more flexible. Do it and get used to stretching before and after exercise so that the muscles work optimally.

6. Balance (balance)

When moving fast, how balanced is our body.

It must be mastered so that we are not hectic when shaken by the opponent. Also make sure to wear shoes with a non-slippery outsole so that when you move to the right and left quickly you don't slip due to slipping.

7. Emotional Level

How to keep our emotions while playing? Playing calm, maintaining concentration in playing is the key to maintaining emotion while playing.
