Table Tennis is also a Recreational Sport

Home to all groups, uniting differences of strata and castes both children, adults and old, table tennis is one of the friendliest and safest sports if done properly and adapted to our conditions, including safe for senior (aged) players. Apart from being an achievement sport, table tennis is also a recreational sport, especially for hobbyists and "aged" players.
Muscle strength will greatly affect agility and physicality when playing. And for "senior players", muscle strength will decrease with age.

Senior players (aged/elderly-ed) are also safe to play table tennis, as long as they don't force themselves. Play enough according to our stamina and physical abilities, don't get tired which can lead to things we don't want. Play fun to relieve stress.

We still have to eat and exercise (light exercise) as best we can, no matter how old we are.
Even though your teeth aren't as strong as they used to be, your appetite isn't much anymore, keep eating.
Try not only to eat vegetables, at least we have to eat eggs and meat regularly, because it builds muscle.
Sunbathe and consume vitamin D, because it is very necessary to prevent bone loss and muscle weakness.

As we age, don't be a reason not to exercise, keep exercising to maintain muscle elasticity and strength. If necessary consult a doctor.
Try to "senior players" have activities to meet with peers, playing table tennis can be used as a friendly solution on sunny days. Look for friends that you can talk to and confide in together, because it is important for the brain and health.

"Senior players" need a lot of recreation. Make table tennis a recreational sport, but if you can still excel, consider it a bonus.
The benefits that we can take if table tennis is used as a means of recreation, including:

-Improve cognition, focus, stamina
-Increase energy, self-confidence

-Increases strength, endurance
